Our charges

You will have a Fee Agreement signed with Stand Stone Estate which will clearly show the fee agreement between you and Stand Stone Estate. In the absence of a Service Agreement any advertisement on this website is free.

 

3.1

You must not misuse our system or Stand Stone Estate website. In particular, you must not hack into, circumvent security or otherwise disrupt the operation of our system and this website, or attempt to carry out any of the foregoing. This includes introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is or could be malicious or technologically harmful.

3.2

You must not include links to Stand Stone Estate website in any other website without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice and without giving a reason.

3.3

If we accept your request for registration, you will be sent our service fee agreement by email. It will be followed up with another email with your account ID and log in details.

Each registration is for a single user only. You must not share your username and password with any other person or with multiple users on a network.

4.3

You undertake that all information provided by you for the purposes of registering with us is accurate and complete.

You accept sole responsibility for all use of and for keeping secret any account ID and password that may have been given to you or chosen by you for use on the Stand Stone Estate website. When you use the “contact forms” on the website to enquire about a property, your details (including your email address) will be sent by email directly to the estate agent, landlord or developer marketing the property or properties that you are enquiring about where applicable. We do not accept any liability for any subsequent communications that you receive directly from that estate agent, landlord or developer.

8.2

If you have registered to use our services then we may serve a notice on you by email at the email address provided to us at the point of registration.

8.3

All notices sent by email will be deemed to have been received on the day that they are sent or, if sent on a national holiday in England or on a Saturday or Sunday, the next working day following the day on which the email was sent. All notices sent by post will be deemed to have been received 3 working days after the date of posting.

Stand Stone Estate tries to ensure that all customer feedback is dealt with fairly and consistently, and is properly recorded. We welcome any suggestions that you make about how we may improve our service.

We may from time to time change the content of this website or suspend or discontinue any aspect of the site, which may include your access to it. Any amendments to these Terms will be made available.

If you are a business user or a business partner, the service agreement and these Terms listed here are the whole agreement between you and Stand Stone Estate.

If a court decides that any part of these Terms or the service agreement cannot be enforced, that particular part of these Terms will not apply, but the rest of these Terms will. A waiver by a party of a breach of any provision shall not be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions. You and Stand Stone Estate both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business user or a business partner, these Terms and their subject matter and formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

You may edit, delete or amend your business or property details at any time however these changes will need to be submitted to Stand Stone Estate first for approval. You will then be informed via an email of these requested changes.
